I had to go to Jury Duty this week.

I managed to get out of  two Jury selection pools, one on the previous day, and one that morning. While I was waiting for my name not to be called for another Jury selection pool, This woman in a short skirted buisness suit kept on walking back and forth past by seat a few times. Then she sat in a seat across from me. She had really nice legs, and I think she knew I was looking at them!

The woman name was called for a Jury Selection pool, and she left the Jury room with the other unfortunates.

Then there was a break for lunch  around one o’ clock ( I ate earlier my lunch  at 12 , so I stayed in the room and took a nap! )

The woman with the nice legs came back to my area, and this time, sat even closer to me! She was reading a newspaper, while leaning toward me, and crossing and uncrossing her legs . Being that near me, I could help noticing them!

It was around about this time that I got the Inspiration and broke out my small sketch pad that I took with me to do some sketches while I was doing the Jury Duty thing.

Eventually, her name was called again, and she once again left the Jury room. About an hour or so, she came back, but sat in another section talking to another woman. Around 4:00 PM the names were read to be discharged from Jury Duty. Since I was there for two days, I was sure hoping that my name would be read. The leg woman ‘s name was called, and she got her discharge paper and instead of running out the door like everyone else, she went back to the other lady that she was talking to. I guess she was expecting that her friend was also going to get her name called and get a discharge paper, but they ended the calling of the names right while I was halfway though the exit door. I took one look at the room before I left, and the woman was looking at me. I was half-thinking about staying around and talking to the woman, but I was really tired, and I wanted to get out of that place! Of well, opportunity lost.

But I have to say, Jury duty has a lot of good looking women there, and could be a nice place to pick up a number or two, if you can do that ( I can’t! )

Test!

Here is my very first post here at ” Shadamachaeon’s Pictures” webcomic site. I installed this comic blog on 2/5/10, and only now am I posting anything!

I have to figure out how to not only configure , but even simply learn how to post anything here. It’s going to be tiral and error, but I think I’ll be able to figure out how….Hopefully.

I first had a problem logging into the Admin panel today – When I did, I encountered the dreaded White Screen Of Death….. Strangely enough, I  could access the other parts of the Admin site.  While trying to reaserch the  problem , I read on the internet that the plug in’s could be the problem. So I deactivated all the plug ins, and then re-activated them until I cold narrow the problem to the one that migh tbe causing the WSOD. It turned out that it was  the ComicPress Manager plug in, the  main plug in that makes Comicpress work. Apparently, It does not seem to be compatible with the recent version of WordPress, which for me, is 2.9.1. I tried to google the problem, but it does not seem that anyone else out there in WordPressland  have  run into this problem – I see no comments on the Plug -  in’s Site about compatibility problems…. Didn’t find a thing….

I tried to configure the site as much as possible for now…. And I really don’t want to go read the Comicpress forums…..But it looks like I just might have too…

Hopefully , I’ll be able to get this webcomic blogsite up and running…Hopefully by Spring…..Which by the way, is next month
